Preparing Your Car for Shipment
Secure the vehicles battery in the proper mounting bracket.
Keep at least 1/8 of a tank of gas in the car, but no more than 1/2 a tank.
Disconnect or completely disable any car alarm systems.
Remove any detachable faceplates for stereos, garage door openers, cell phones, or anything else that is loose from the vehicle.
Retract any antennas or remove them if possible.
Fresh oil, transmission fluid, and radiator coolant is recommended if moving the vehicle to a new climate.
Please ensure the vehicle has no fluid leaks of any kind.
Remove any and all personal belongings from the vehicle.
Front end covers, bras, car covers, spare tire covers, or any other type of cover must be removed before the transport.
Provide us with one set of keys for the car to open the door and start the vehicle with. All keys please.
Clean up the car to ensure a proper inspection can be conducted.
Remove any non-permanent storage racks, luggage racks, bike racks, etc.
Vehicle Shipping Guidelines for Safe Transport
The vehicle must be drivable and fully operational or more fees may be incurred. Please make us aware of any issues that may arise concerning the state of your vehicle.
Let us know before arranging the transport of any vehicle aftermarket modifications. Raised or lowered vehicles, camper shells, etc. that may come into play regarding the move.
We will provide you with an estimated shipping time on your quote and shipping times may vary depending on location, time of year, or other factors.
We must be provided with a phone number to contact you at anytime regarding the move during the transportation of your vehicle.
The vehicle may not exceed 7' in height.
All vehicles must have at least 4" of ground clearance to properly load and unload from our moving trucks.

You or your designated representative must be present for the inspection at the time of pick-up and delivery.
You or your designated representative must sign the bill of lading and condition report at both origin and destination.
You or your designated representatives are responsible for confirming your vehicle’s condition. This must be done before the driver leaves the destination.
Damage will be noted by our representative on the bill of lading at origin. In the unlikely event there is additional damage on delivery, it will be noted by our representative on the bill of lading.
